Avoiding Certain Medications: If you are taking prescription medications, consult with the retreat organizers and a healthcare professional to determine whether you should continue taking them. Some medications can interact negatively with Ayahuasca.
Mental and Emotional Preparation: While not a dietary consideration, mental and emotional preparation is also crucial. It’s a good idea to set your intentions for the ceremony, meditate, and engage in practices that help you focus on your inner journey.
It’s essential to follow the specific dietary guidelines provided by the Ayahuasca retreat center you plan to attend, as these recommendations can vary.
